Made by multi-award-winning distillers Richard and Rachel Trenchard of Goosnargh Gin in collaboration with Moor Hall Chef Patron Mark Birchall, Chapter Five uses a signature blend of ten foraged and sustainably sourced botanicals for a crisp and refined finish.

The gin is distilled in traditional copper stills in Goosnargh, Lancashire - on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, Area of Natural Beauty.
